Hot bending glass:
Hot bending glass is a curved glass made by heating and softening plate glass in a mold and then annealing. Hot-bent glass is usually processed in an electric furnace. Continuous bending furnace generally has 5-6 rooms, 11-13 stations, about dozens of minutes can produce a piece of finished product. Intermittent bending furnace generally has only one room, heating forming and annealing are completed in one room, the processing cycle needs several hours to one or twenty hours, suitable for making small batch of super-large bending glass.
